Cécile Voigt is a financial inclusion expert with over 15 years of international experience across Africa, MENA, and Europe. She began her career in Corporate and Investment Banking, then transitioned to the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where she specialized in financial inclusion and SME finance advisory. She later led business development and implemented financial inclusion programs across West and Central Africa with the NGO PPI. From 2018 to 2024, she worked as an independent consultant in more than 15 African countries, supporting central banks, financial institutions, and international organizations in conducting research, designing strategies and policy frameworks, and strengthening the capacities of ecosystem stakeholders in the fields of financial inclusion, digital financial services, and gender-inclusive finance. She is now Co-founder and Partner at ASENDA.
